Exchange / Return Policy For Eligible Items
- Not all items are qualified under our Exchange / Return policy. Those eligible items are specified clearly on the individual item selling page.
- If you need to exchange or return your purchase please contact us via email to request for a Return Authorization (RA) within 7 days after your purchase.
- All exchange or return item(s) must be in unused and original conditions, including all original packaging and user manuals.
- Please bring the exchange or return item(s) back to our service centre together with a valid sales receipt as proof of purchase. You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item(s) to us.
- On exchanging or returning the item(s), please note that free gifts, vouchers, accessories associated with the purchase must also be returned at the same time.
- Your refund will be issued after we have received and verified the conditions of the returned item(s). The refunded amount minus postage/shipping charges and admin cost will be credited to your credit card via PayPal within 5 working days. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
