- All orders are shipped out from our Singapore warehouse. We use the delivery address as you have provided. Please use care when entering your delivery information and double check the address before submitting your order. In the event your order is returned due to an incorrect delivery address you will be billed for the cost of redelivery. To avoid failed delivery please provide a contactable telephone number if possible.
- For deliveries within Singapore we use SingPost Registered Mail, SpeedPost or 3rd party delivery service provider. Every article to be sent must be addressed accurately to a valid registered address, to any destination only within the main island of Singapore. It shall not address articles to be sent to destinations or addresses (such as restricted areas or offshore islands) which SingPost, SpeedPost or 3rd party delivery service provider do not deliver to, as may be amended from time to time (wherever relevant).

- In the event you received the wrong item(s) please contact us immediately for an exchange. We will bear the cost of redelivery.
Exchange / Return Policy
- You may exchange or return the item(s) you bought from our online store within 7 days. Please contact us via email to request for a Return Authorization (RA).
- All exchange or return item(s) must be in unused and original conditions, including all original packaging and user manuals.
- Please bring the exchange or return item(s) back to our service centre together with a valid sales receipt as proof of purchase. You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item(s) to us.
- On exchanging or returning the item(s), please note that free gifts, vouchers, accessories associated with the purchase must also be returned at the same time.
- Your refund will be issued after we have received and verified the conditions of the returned item(s). The refunded amount minus postage/shipping charges and admin cost will be credited to your credit card via PayPal within 5 working days. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
